Meet Our Dentists

 Dr. Mazie Park

I have been practicing dentistry in Seattle area for over 25 years and with Lakemont Family Dentistry since 2002. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to practice in this beautiful neighborhood, get to know wonderful families and at the same time be part of a profession that I  am passionate about.

I am originally from Canada and obtained my Bachelor of Science from University of Toronto and Doctor of Dental Surgery at the Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago. Upon graduation, I completed my General Practice Residency Program in hospital dentistry in Long Island, New York. My practice philosophy is centered on patient needs. Our team strives to provide the highest quality care but at the same time be respectful of your time and resources. I am devoted to continuing education and attend the Pacific Northwest Dental Conference annually. I was a participant at the Spear seminars series as well as the Pankey Institute. I believe  quality care is a result of a life time of learning.

When I am not at work, I enjoy family time with my husband and teenaged son & daughter, traveling to watch  figure skating competitions and volunteering with my family at the Chicken Soup Brigade program at the Lifelong kitchen in South Seattle.

Dr. Doris Chan

I have been a long time resident of Washington State and love the natural beauty and climate of the Pacific Northwest. I graduated from The University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1994 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery ( D.D.S.) and completed a postgraduate Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of California San Francisco in 1995. I started my own practice in the Pacific Northwest shortly after and have been practicing dentistry on the Eastside for over 23 years. I am excited to have the opportunity  to team up with my old friend, Dr. Mazie Park!

I stay current in the field by taking continuing education courses and participating in advanced dental seminars and study clubs. I have been a long time member of the American Dental Association and Seattle King County Dental Society. I am also a certified Invisalign provider. Most of all,

I am committed to forging meaningful relationships based on trust, communication and conscientious care.

Outside of work, I treasure family time with my husband, 2 college aged sons, and my sweet Cavapoo, Taro. I actively serve at my church and am committed to helping to relieve the suffering of the homeless population through working with Union Gospel Mission.
